Eligibility & Registration

To use the Meadows Conference Center, your organization:

  • Has 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or is a governmental entity,
  • Has an office in Texas – independently or in coalition with other agencies, and
  • Holds meetings in direct support of your mission.
To register with us:

Please provide the following information and upload a copy of your 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS. (Please note: This is not the same as the tax-exempt form from the State of Texas.) A meeting coordinator will be in touch once we have verified your eligibility.

  • Accepted file types: pdf, Max. file size: 10 MB.
  • Please review all the above information to ensure it is correct and that your organization’s 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status determination letter from the IRS is attached before submitting.
