To use the Meadows Conference Center, your organization:
- Has 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or is a governmental entity,
- Has an office in Texas – independently or in coalition with other agencies, and
- Holds meetings in direct support of your mission.
To register with us:
Please provide the following information and upload a copy of your 501(c)(3) determination letter from the IRS. (Please note: This is not the same as the tax-exempt form from the State of Texas.) A meeting coordinator will be in touch once we have verified your eligibility.
