Space Selection & Set Up

We have spaces to accommodate anywhere from eight to 90 attendees. We can assist and recommend a room and setup option that best supports your meeting goals.

Smallest Space 134 Square Feet
Largest Space 2,100 Square Feet

Equipment & Technology

Every space in the Meadows Conference Center has Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, and a projection screen. We also have additional equipment based on availability.

  • Table and floor lecterns

  • Wireless remote presenter

* Computers and connection cables are not provided 

Parking

Your meeting will have plenty of free, secure parking.

Parking is available in front of the Center as well as across the street on either side of the building (off Oak Street or Liberty Street). You are also welcome to use any open street parking in the district.

Security is provided by off-duty law enforcement officers. They monitor our facilities and parking lots 24 hours a day.

* Please let your meeting coordinator know prior to your meeting if you will be using buses or vans, which require special parking arrangements. Buses and vans should not enter the conference center’s parking lot.

Food & Beverage

We provide coffee and filtered water at no cost. Please request these services during planning with your meeting coordinator. You can also bring your own clear carbonated drinks, teas, lemonades, and light-colored punches. Please, no red or dark-colored beverages. Very Important: No alcohol may be served at any time.

Catered food is welcome at your meetings. Your caterer must submit a certificate of liability at least 72 hours prior to your meeting. The certificate can be emailed to [email protected] or faxed to (214) 824-7840.
